Refund and Cancellation Policy
Sessions paid for at St John’s Cathedral Counselling Service’s office or by online payment continue to be regulated by St John’s Cathedral Counselling Service’s conditions of use; privacy policy; cancellation and refund policy.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or changing appointments. Same day cancellation and no-show will require full payment of that late notice/missed appointment when resuming counselling. Emergencies and unique situations shall be considered in waiving the fee for late cancellation.
When pre-paid sessions are purchased, payment for the package must be made in full at the time of purchase. By doing this the client consents that the fee paid for the pre-paid package is non- refundable, including in the event that a client’s personal circumstance may change, the client can no longer attend or chooses to terminate their use of services at St John’s Cathedral Counselling Service.
Pre-paid sessions do not have an expiry for use.
