Tammy is a counsellor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. She believes that healing and personal growth begin through meaningful connection, self-awareness, and the ability to draw upon one’s inner strengths and resilience.

Her work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Tammy also has extensive experience working with children and families, helping them navigate emotional difficulties, strengthen relationships, and build self-esteem.

Tammy tailors each session to the unique needs of the individual, integrating evidence-based approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the Satir Model, Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), and Mindfulness techniques.

Tammy’s practice is enriched by her former career in corporate communications within the finance sector, giving her deep insight into the pressures of high-performing environments. Having lived and worked in Hong Kong, France, and the United States, she brings a global perspective and cultural sensitivity to her work, allowing her to connect naturally with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Tammy conducts therapy in Cantonese and English, and is conversational in Mandarin and French.
