Anny is a warm and gentle counsellor dedicated to enhancing client well-being through compassion, patience, and empathy. She connects with people of all ages, creating a safe space for sharing personal stories.
Anny enjoys collaborating with clients to work through challenges, empowering them to tap into their strengths, build resilience, and foster self-compassion. She supports clients in increasing self-awareness and gaining new perspectives for personal healing and growth, especially with issues like anxiety, depression, family and relationship distress, self-worth, and self-awareness.
She tailors each session to client needs, using an integrative approach with techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, the Satir Model, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness.
Anny holds a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and completed her training at The University of Hong Kong’s Social Work & Social Administration Department Counselling Unit and an international educational institution.
Anny conducts therapy in English and is conversational in Mandarin.
