Ensuring a non-judgmental safe space, clients are invited to share their narrative, process painful events and life experiences. To meet each individual’s unique needs, Angela uses an integrative approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness strategies.
Angela was born and raised in the UK, moving to Hong Kong over 12 years ago where she has raised her family.
