Jackeline started off her career as a concert pianist in New York City, United States. She has a Bachelor of Music degree from Mannes College of Music and a Master and Artist Diploma from Yale University.

After many years as a concert pianist, Jackeline decided to take a break and raise her three children and stay at home as a full-time mom and wife. She found her second passion with counselling and received her Master degree in Counselling from Monash University. She finished her internship at Shanghai Victoria Academy and St John Counselling Services. She continues working with students, young adults and women in particular at SJCS since 2016. Her dedication in providing support and recognition for mental health issues in Hong Kong led her to work as a Board member of Mind Hong Kong.

Jackeline conducts therapy in English.
