Tim Pritchard

Tim offers person-centred and strengths-based counselling, rooted in compassion, kindness, and authenticity.

He believes in creating an open, honest, and non-judgemental space for clients to share their story, feel heard, and be understood. Recognising that every client has their own unique background and challenges, he tailors his approach to meet clients’ needs, assisting them in navigating various challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and relationship distress.

Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), he helps clients facilitate positive change by enhancing personal identity, self-motivation, and resilience.

With experience living and working in Hong Kong and abroad, Tim brings a multicultural perspective to his practice. Before transitioning to counselling, he spent over 15 years in journalism and marketing, providing valuable insights to support clients dealing with work-related stress, interpersonal dynamics, burnout, work-life balance, or contemplating career changes.

Tim offers counselling services in English.
